Home visits
While the surgery is usually the best place for appointments to take place we understand that some patients cannot come in.
To request a home visit, please phone the practice as soon after 8am as possible.
You will be asked a few questions regarding the reason for the appointment this will then be passed over to a doctor to assess.
Once the doctor has made a clinical decision, one of our practice team members will contact you with an update.
