The Extended Hours service is available from 6.30 pm to 8pm on weekdays and 8am to 8pm on Saturday and Sunday. Just call the Surgery and your call will be diverted to the service or dial 0203 370 7366. If you require medical assistance outside these hours, please contact 111.

If you have a life-threatening emergency please call 999.

The surgery works in partnership with local and NHS service providers and groups.

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.
